Terms of Service
Effective 3 September 2026
AdPilot Meta is currently a private beta. The initial release provides reporting and diagnostics without changing ad accounts.
1. Service
AdPilot is a B2B SaaS and MCP service for authorized Meta advertising data. Beta features may change. Future capabilities that modify campaigns will require separate Meta approval, an applicable agreement and explicit client authorization.
2. Authority and access
You must be authorized to act for every business and asset you connect. You control the permissions and assets granted, are responsible for securing your accounts, and must revoke access when it is no longer required.
3. Acceptable use
You may not access data without permission, evade Meta restrictions, misrepresent identity or authority, interfere with service security, collect data outside approved interfaces, or violate applicable law, Meta terms or third-party rights.
4. AI and MCP clients
Where supported, you may connect a compatible AI client. You are responsible for selecting and configuring that provider and for its separate terms. You may not instruct an AI client to expose data to unauthorized people or act outside the approved scope.
5. Client data
You retain your rights in client data and instruct AdPilot to process it only to provide, secure and support the service. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke access and request deletion.
6. Beta limitations
The service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Reports and recommendations depend on data supplied by Meta and may be incomplete or delayed. They do not replace professional judgment, and you remain responsible for advertising decisions.
7. Suspension
We may restrict access where needed to protect clients, comply with Meta or legal requirements, investigate abuse or secure the service. You may stop using AdPilot and revoke access at any time.
